The site provides a free online chess clock and informational content about chess time controls. It's offered for personal, non-commercial use, "as is" and "as available", without charge.

For rated or competitive play, always follow the rules of the relevant organiser or governing body. The clock is a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as the official timing device in a rated event.
